Websites, SEO and content since 2009 — mostly for New Hampshire businesses, and mostly for people who already have a site that is quietly underperforming.
How I work
- The audit comes first and it is free. You get the written findings whether or not you hire me. If the honest answer is that your site is fine and your problem is somewhere else, that is what the document will say.
- One fixed number, agreed in writing. Scope is settled before work starts. If it changes, the number changes in writing before the work happens, not after.
- You watch it get built. Everything happens on a staging URL you can open any day. There is no reveal at the end, because a reveal is just a month of unreviewed decisions arriving at once.
- You own everything. Your hosting account, your domain, your logins, your site. I do not resell hosting and I do not hold your credentials hostage.
- Measured, not asserted. Page speed on a real phone. Rankings on the queries we mapped. Form fills you can count. If a month of work did not move anything, the report says so.
Who this suits
Local businesses whose customers search by town, trade or campus. Owners stuck with a site that looks fine and does nothing. People who want to understand what was done to their website and why — and who would rather read a plain report than sit through a dashboard tour.
Who it does not
Anyone looking for guaranteed rankings by a fixed date, a hundred pages of generated copy next week, or a monthly retainer with no named deliverable. Those exist, they are cheaper, and they end the same way.
The work
Three builds are written up in full — a barbershop brand site, a statewide storage lead-generation build, and a two-audience property management site. Each covers the brief, the structure and the reasoning, which will tell you more about working together than a logo grid would.
