Work
Three builds, three different problems. A brand site that had to hand off to someone else’s booking system. A lead-generation site covering a whole state one town at a time. A listings site serving two audiences who want opposite things. Each one is written up in full — what the brief was, what got built, and how it is set up to be found.
Gilded Mane Barbershop
A five-chair shop with a new address and an existing booking platform. The site’s job was to look like the room, settle the address for local search, and get out of the way of the booking.
MI-BOX Central NH
Portable storage across most of New Hampshire from a single yard in Tilton. Built along three axes of demand — region and town, college campus, and trade vertical.
Blair Properties LLC
Eleven units in Southern New Hampshire, two audiences on one site: tenants looking for an apartment and owners looking to sell a multi-family building.
How these are chosen
These are not the three prettiest sites — they are the three that show different structural decisions. Prettiness is easy to copy and tells you nothing about whether a site will earn its keep. If your situation looks like one of these, the write-up will tell you more than a portfolio grid ever could.
