WordPress sites built around how your customers actually decide — not around how many sections a page builder can stack. Semantic templates, a real page-speed budget, and an editor you can operate without calling me.
What you get
- A custom WordPress build on a block theme. No bloated multipurpose theme carrying two hundred features you will never switch on.
- Templates written as semantic HTML, so headings mean something to a screen reader and to a crawler.
- A page-speed budget agreed before design starts, and measured on a real phone on a real network before launch.
- Structured data for your business type — the markup that decides whether Google shows your hours, your reviews and your address, or just a blue link.
- Copy written for the searches that end in work, not filler around a hero image.
- A handover document that says where everything is and how to change it.
How the build runs
Three to five weeks, assuming your content and photography exist at kickoff. If they do not, that is the schedule risk — and we will say so before we start, not in week four.
- Week 1 — Audit and plan. Crawl the current site, read the analytics, map the queries. You get a sitemap, a query map and a page-by-page scope, priced as one fixed number.
- Weeks 2–3 — Design and build. On a staging URL you can watch daily. No big reveal at the end; you see it as it happens.
- Week 4 — Copy and structured data. Every page against its target queries, internal links wired, schema in place.
- Week 5 — Measure and hand over. Speed tested on device, analytics and Search Console connected, sitemap submitted, documentation delivered.
How it is priced
One fixed number, agreed in writing before anything is built. It comes from the scope document, and the scope document comes from the audit — which is why the audit is free and comes first. If the scope changes, the number changes in writing before the work happens.
What is not included
Hosting. Your site lives on your hosting account, in your name, with your credentials — so you are never renting access to your own website. I will tell you what it needs and help you set it up, and then it is yours.

Gilded Mane Barbershop is a small brand site that had to hand off to an existing booking platform. Blair Properties had to serve two opposed audiences on one site. Both write-ups cover the structural decisions, not just the screenshots.
A build without search optimization and content behind it is a brochure. The three run together for a reason.
